Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Office & Vendor Management

  • Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, distribution, collection, repairs, and maintenance of laptops as per defined processes.
  • Maintain inventory records and conduct regular asset audits.
  • Handle office purchases including printing, stationery, and operational materials.
  • Oversee housekeeping and facility management to ensure a well-maintained workspace.
  • Coordinate regularly with the Central Office for operational requirements.
  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate expense records.
  • Track and maintain staff attendance records.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update administrative reports as required.
  • Support vendor identification, onboarding, and ongoing vendor management.

Event & Operational Support

  • Coordinate logistics for organizational and office events.
  • Assist in planning and executing event operations including venue booking, food arrangements, transport, and materials.
  • Provide administrative support for school operations and central team programs.
  • Ensure timely execution of operational tasks with attention to detail.
