Job Description

Summary:

The Administrative Assistantrole involves providing comprehensive support to team leaders and facilitating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support team members at all levels as needed.
  • Provide calendar management for leadership team (LT) members.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements for LT members.
  • Reconcile and process expenses for LT members.
  • Engage in and support morale activities for teams and functional centers (FCs).
  • Assist with organizing team events, all-hands meetings, and town halls.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, catering, and miscellaneous requirements.
  • Handle executive management tasks, including food and other arrangements.
  • Update internal SharePoint with gift reclassification information.
  • Manage travel and expense (T&E) accruals and purchase order (PO) accruals.
  • Update data as required.
  • Raise purchase orders for various requirements.
  • Order hardware, laptops, and peripherals for the team.
  • Oversee space management and update data and infrastructure as needed.
  • Process HeadTrax changes for location and reporting modifications.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and exit formalities for employees.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and internal company systems.
