Job Description
Summary:
The Administrative Assistantrole involves providing comprehensive support to team leaders and facilitating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Support team members at all levels as needed.
- Provide calendar management for leadership team (LT) members.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements for LT members.
- Reconcile and process expenses for LT members.
- Engage in and support morale activities for teams and functional centers (FCs).
- Assist with organizing team events, all-hands meetings, and town halls.
- Manage meeting room bookings, catering, and miscellaneous requirements.
- Handle executive management tasks, including food and other arrangements.
- Update internal SharePoint with gift reclassification information.
- Manage travel and expense (T&E) accruals and purchase order (PO) accruals.
- Update data as required.
- Raise purchase orders for various requirements.
- Order hardware, laptops, and peripherals for the team.
- Oversee space management and update data and infrastructure as needed.
- Process HeadTrax changes for location and reporting modifications.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and internal company systems.
