Admin Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for Sterling Integrator and Lightwell Framework environments, ensuring their optimal performance and availability.
• Execute installation and version upgrades for Sterling Integrator, Lightwell Framework, and Perimeter Server components.
• Manage traffic routing and implement load balancing strategies to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Conduct performance tuning of EDI tools and systems, including Business Processes (BPs), database configurations, and JVM settings to enhance efficiency.
• Implement enhancements and redesign existing Business Processes (BPs) within the Sterling Integrator environment to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and fix mapping-related issues within the EDI systems.
• Monitor and maintain the health of EDI tools and systems, addressing production alerts and ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure proper functioning of EDI systems and support business processes.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in performing administration work for Sterling Integrator.
• Experience in performing administration work on Lightwell Framework.
• Proven ability in performance tuning of Business Processes (BPs) within EDI tools/systems.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for database interactions and troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Logistics Business processes and operations.
