Job Description
Front Desk & Reception Duties
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
* Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings and visitors.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
Office & Facility Management
* Oversee daily office operations to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
* Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
* Coordinate facility maintenance and liaise with service providers and vendors.
Documentation & Compliance
* Maintain accurate administrative and facility-related records and reports.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local legal requirements.
* Support the preparation of reports, contracts, and internal documentation.
