Designation: Administration Assistant

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Fresh graduates with relevant exposure welcome)

Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

Role Snapshot

An entry-level administrative role supporting senior depot administration across operations,

reporting, documentation, inventory systems, and communication.

This role serves as an entry point into the shipping & logistics industry, with direct

exposure to marine container depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist the senior admin in daily administrative and operational coordination.

 Support attendance, OT data, and workforce records.

 Prepare reports and trackers.

 Maintaining multiple teams KPI's

 Maintain structured digital and physical documentation.

 Assist with inventory and consumable tracking using Zoho Inventory.

 Draft, track, and follow up on professional corporate emails.

 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

 Support IT and system-related coordination, including in-house software.

 Depot visits to gain operational understanding and verify data.

Tools & Skill Requirements

 Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.

 Strong drafting and communication skills in corporate English.

 Ability to learn, adapt, and work on new and in-house software systems.

 Awareness of AI-enabled tools within business software environments.

 Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow reporting hierarchies.

 People coordination and teamwork ability.
