Admin & Facilities Manager
Job Description
• Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations across the office
• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administration
• Develop and implement admin policies and procedures
• Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and workplace services
• Manage AMC contracts, housekeeping, security, transport, and cafeteria services
• Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and space management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and service providers
• Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to SLAs and cost optimization
• Prepare and manage admin and facilities budgets; monitor expenses and cost‑saving initiatives
• Conduct regular audits and inspections for compliance and safety
• Ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment and address employee facility concerns
• Lead and manage admin and facilities teams, drive performance, and ensure efficient service delivery
