Experience

• 8+ years in US Staffing (5+ years in Healthcare Staffing)

Requirement:

• Total Experience 8+ years in US Staffing.
• Should have a minimum of 5+ years in healthcare staffing, specifically into delivery.
• Should have experience in developing strategies for healthcare delivery.
• Should have experience in creating attractive pay packages for healthcare professionals (Nurses, Technicians etc.)
• Extensive experience working with Application Tracking Solution like Job diva etc.
• Experience in successfully leading and managing a team of 20+ people.
• Should have experience in sourcing of healthcare people from different channels along with job portals.
• Should have experience in taking new initiatives for to improve delivery & coverage.

• Greater Noida (5 days onsite)
