- Demonstrate experience in ad sales with a proven track record of at least 3 years in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad metrics, and performance measurement.
- Visualize, pitch, and convert creative, video-based advertising solutions to meet diverse branding and performance briefs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create value and deliver measurable results for clients.
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement innovative advertising solutions on products.
- Serve as an external product consultant on owned and operated digital properties.
- Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and execute client strategies.
- Plan, manage, and facilitate client ad campaigns from start to finish.
- Build compelling, data-driven storylines and presentations customized to clients' business and challenges.
