We are hiring for a Commercial Business and are seeking professionals for an L1 Support role with expertise in Active Directory and other server-related technologies. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L1 Technical Support for commercial business clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and other server components.
• Apply knowledge of various tools and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SharePoint, FSMO, Group Policy, Intune, EXOP, ODSP, and O365.
• Ensure excellent service delivery in a professional, B2B environment.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• Any graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Active Directory can apply.
• Must have hands-on experience with the key skills listed.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
• Availability: Immediate joiners only.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹8.40 LPA.
• Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 offs and night shifts.
• Transport: Both-side cabs are provided.
• Work Location: Gurgaon.
