Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Handle monthly closing activities, trial balance finalization, and ensure books are audit-ready.
- Operate and manage accounting functions using Tally ERP.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
- Lead and mentor team of junior accountants or trainees.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for finance-related matters.
