Accounts Manager

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager with a strong background in 401K DC/DB recordkeeping operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling complex transaction processing and various financial operations. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing account-related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform complex transaction processing across various processes.
• Handle transactions related to Withdrawals, Terminations, Forfeitures, and Plan to Plan transfers.
• Process Contributions, Vesting, and Funding.
• Manage Dividends, Exchanges, External Audits, and Fees.
• Ensure all records are accurate and operations are compliant.

Required Candidate Profile

• Professional experience in 401K DC/DB recordkeeping operations.
• Proven ability to perform complex transaction processing.

Additional Information

• Salary:
• Up to ₹6.5 LPA for 2 years of experience.
• Up to ₹9 LPA for 4+ years of experience.
• Up to ₹12 LPA for 8+ years of experience.
