Job Title: Accounts Executive – Staff Augmentation (Retail)

Location: Bangalore – Manyata Tech Park

Salary: 2.4 LPA (20,000 CTC | 16,000 In-hand)

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)

Job Description:

This role is for staff augmentation support, where the selected candidate will assist in non-core accounting and finance activities within the retail domain.

Assignment Responsibilities:

Commerce Graduate (B.Com) with 0–1 year of experience

Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable & Reconciliation

Internship experience in Retail Accounts / Finance preferred

Good understanding of accounting principles

Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

Good communication skills

Strong comprehension ability

Problem-solving mindset

Basic retail acumen
