Title: Assistant (Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout)

Location: Delhi

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout with 3-4 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliance, along with hands-on experience in handling day-to-day accounting and statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts and manage day-to-day accounting activities
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns
• Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.)
• Preparation and filing of TDS Returns
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance matters
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance requirements
• Support seniors in audit assignments and taxation matters
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout
• 3-4 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
