Accounts & Finance Manager

• Monitoring bookkeeping of Parent and all subsidiary companies.
• Preparing MIS Reports
• Analyzing cost and overheads and reporting variances at company and region level.
• Implement efficient strategies to increase free cash flow to the organisation through collaborating with Sales and Collections to reduce debtors.
• Preparation of site wise / Customer wise tracking of cost.
• Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Accurate and Auditable financial statements made available as per agreed timelines.
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors for ensuring all audit issues are closed on time.
• Implement controls, processes and mechanisms to ensure that financial resources are used judiciously and in line with business goals (includes all policies and manuals, authority limits, SOPs etc.)
• Enhance Financial Performance by driving efficiencies in region operations including review of business performance against set targets and forecasts.
