Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting:

  • Prepare Financial Statements, Balance Sheets, and P&L Accounts as per Indian Accounting / Ind AS
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual account finalizations
  • Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements
  • Maintain Financial Control and Variance Analysis

Audit & Compliance:

  • Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors for timely completion of audits
  • Support Tax Audit and Income Tax Return (ITR) schedules preparation
  • Verify and finalize data for Income Tax / GST assessments
  • Oversee monthly TDS payments and filing of returns

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports
  • Conduct cost-saving analysis and identify opportunities for financial optimization
  • Support evaluation of Capex – Budget vs Actuals for project visibility

Process Improvement & Operations:

  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed across all processes
  • Identify areas of improvement, including automation and time-saving initiatives
  • Support new projects and process alignment
