Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Create purchase orders and proforma invoices
  • Perform basic tax work including TDS, GST, PF, PTR
  • Make tally entries, GST filings, and prepare draft sale/purchase entries
  • Conduct weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Maintain records of labor contracts and contractor payments
  • Create, edit, and check ledgers with various parties
  • Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in English and Marathi
  • Passion to work in a start-up environment
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
  • Organized and persistent work approach
  • 1–2 years of experience in a dynamic work environment
  • Educational qualification: B.Com or M.Com preferred
