Accountant

The Accountant will manage all financial and accounting activities for an industrial products company, including purchases, sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries. The role requires proficiency in Tally ERP, general accounting practices, and tax compliance. Only female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records for purchases, sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepare and manage invoices, payments, and receipts in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements and reports.
• Assist in budget preparation, tax filings, and audits.
• Utilize Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP) for financial tracking and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in industrial products or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Tally ERP, general accounting, invoicing, and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Preference for female candidates as per role requirement.
