Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in accounting and will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end close processes.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage budgets and forecasts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles and regulations in India.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
