Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Input and process employee data in SAP HRMS to provide accurate and timely HR information.
  • Handle complex transactions requiring review and eligibility checking.
  • Run reports and perform reconciliations between various HR reports.
  • Interface with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration and HR processes.
  • Provide data for internal business controls and audits as required.
  • Ensure compliance with client standards, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Address issues raised by the contact center according to policy guidelines.
  • Perform system testing when required to validate process and system changes.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, troubleshoot process gaps, and recommend solutions.
