Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Input and process employee data in SAP HRMS to provide accurate and timely HR information.
- Handle complex transactions requiring review and eligibility checking.
- Run reports and perform reconciliations between various HR reports.
- Interface with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration and HR processes.
- Provide data for internal business controls and audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Address issues raised by the contact center according to policy guidelines.
- Perform system testing when required to validate process and system changes.
- Proactively identify potential issues, troubleshoot process gaps, and recommend solutions.
