Job Description

1. Team Management and Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 4 Account Enrichment Specialists.
  • Track team KPIs including accounts enriched, personas identified, and data accuracy.
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth sessions.

2. Process Development and Optimization

  • Design and implement standardized research and enrichment processes.
  • Define and monitor SLAs for account delivery.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to fine-tune account targeting criteria.

3. Data Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all data entered into CRM meets high quality and accuracy standards.
  • Perform regular spot checks and audits for data hygiene.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with SDR managers, SDRs, and Marketing to align on research goals.
  • Share enriched account reports and outreach-ready data with stakeholders.

5. Strategic Initiatives

  • Recommend and implement tools and platforms to scale account enrichment.
  • Introduce new research techniques and partnerships to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data enrichment, sales or market research roles.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, ideally in SaaS/B2B.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ABM platforms (6Sense, Demandbase).
  • Exposure to supporting SDR or ABM programs.
  • Familiar with sales enablement or automation tools.
  • Proven success in driving process improvements and outcomes.
