Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients regarding hiring strategies

Recruitment Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier candidates
  • Monitor the progress of open roles, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure recruitment solutions align with clients' expectations and business objectives

Account Growth and Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing new services or solutions
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Partner with the sales team to identify and convert leads into long-term accounts

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on account performance, recruitment outcomes, and market trends
  • Proactively address any challenges or issues that may impact client satisfaction

Market Insights and Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices
  • Provide clients with insights on talent market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proven experience (4–8 years) in account management, client relations, or recruitment services

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment platforms is a plus
