Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to clients regarding hiring strategies
Recruitment Project Coordination
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier candidates
- Monitor the progress of open roles, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure recruitment solutions align with clients' expectations and business objectives
Account Growth and Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing new services or solutions
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
- Partner with the sales team to identify and convert leads into long-term accounts
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on account performance, recruitment outcomes, and market trends
- Proactively address any challenges or issues that may impact client satisfaction
Market Insights and Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices
- Provide clients with insights on talent market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience (4–8 years) in account management, client relations, or recruitment services
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and recruitment platforms is a plus
