Account Manager - Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Delivery Lead with deep expertise in IBM Cognos to spearhead the rollout and delivery of enterprise-scale BI projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and performance of analytics solutions. Experience with other BI platforms like Power BI, Looker, or Datorama is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery and implementation of scalable BI solutions using IBM Cognos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Design and implement custom, device-responsive layouts for dashboards and reports.
• Integrate dynamic data sources, enabling real-time or near-real-time data updates .
• Utilize advanced charting libraries to create visually engaging and informative data visualizations.
• Apply frontend and backend scripting frameworks to extend dashboard capabilities and interactivity.
• Ensure BI solutions are optimized for performance, maintainability, and usability.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior developers or analysts on BI best practices and delivery standards.
• Required Skills & Experience:4 to 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM Cognos BI tools.
• Proven experience leading large-scale BI/analytics projects from design through deployment.
• Strong understanding of responsive dashboard design and UI/UX best practices.
• Proficiency with scripting languages and frameworks for both frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and backend (e.g., Python, SQL) - Good to have not mandatory
• Expertise in integrating charting and visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Highcharts)-Good to have not mandatory
• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Datorama is a plus.
• Nice to Have:Experience working with marketing analytics platforms or customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
