Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and grow revenue from existing BFSI clients by farming opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. The role will be individual-contributor-based and demands strong client relationship management, strategic selling, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing enterprise accounts, building relationships, and driving revenue within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through farming within large, existing BFSI accounts.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet annual sales targets.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
  • Generate and qualify new leads within existing accounts to develop long-term opportunities.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with all client activities, ensuring full visibility and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to align offerings and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, etc.) to support customer success.
  • Lead and participate in high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and solution development.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to influence product roadmap and customer strategy.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2–7 years of experience in end-to-end enterprise sales, preferably in Technology, SaaS, or Fintech sectors.
  • Proven success in farming large BFSI accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, negotiate, and close complex deals.
  • A customer-first attitude with an emphasis on delivering value and building loyalty.
  • Skilled in networking and maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
