Account Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing targeted cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.
• Participate in pre-sales tasks including market research, prospect list building, and lead qualification.
• Maintain and update accurate lead and customer data in CRM platforms.
• Join client meetings, demos, and calls with senior team members; take detailed notes and share takeaways.
• Gather detailed client briefs for ongoing projects and communicate summaries to internal teams.
• Help draft client proposals and pricing quotations for review.
• Follow up with clients under supervision for updates, feedback, and payment reminders.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to understand language services and project workflows.
• Attend internal training sessions to gain knowledge of industry-specific tools, services, and terminology.

Growth Path

• Eligible for promotion to Account Executive within 6–12 months based on consistent performance.
• Progress to independently managing client portfolios, driving revenue goals, and handling full-cycle sales.
