Job Description

  • Assist in managing revenue transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, audits, and General Ledger reporting.
  • Handle hotel cash operations and reconcile all cash deposits made at the front desk.
  • Assist in analyzing monthly financial statements and report variances to department heads.
  • Support financial and tax audit processes in coordination with internal and external auditors.
  • Assist with tax return preparation and completion of corporate reporting requirements.
  • Support the Financial Controller with system administration, general ledger reconciliation, budget preparation, inventories, monthly closings, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Assist the Financial Controller in completing the year-end audit process.
  • Review and approve reconciliation reports and audit work papers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
