Academic Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery:
• Conduct training sessions for teachers, principals, and academic trainers, both online and in-person.
• Deliver presentations to effectively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Provide guidance and support to educators in implementing Computer Science, Robotics, and Mathematics concepts in their classrooms.
• Curriculum Design & Development:
• Design and develop curriculum for Computer Science and Mathematics, ensuring it is both educational and engaging.
• Collaborate with other curriculum developers to create lesson plans, assessments, and projects aligned with industry standards.
• Regularly review, curate, and validate content to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Content Quality & Review:
• Conduct quality control and review processes for all developed content to ensure it meets academic standards.
• Ensure that teaching materials are up to date and relevant, incorporating the latest trends in Robotics and Mathematics education.
• Training Support:
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers and academic staff to ensure they can effectively deliver the curriculum.
• Offer suggestions and feedback to improve teaching practices and student engagement with the content.

Qualifications/Preferred Candidate Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, B.Tech, or a related field (preferably with specialization in Computer Science or Mathematics).
• Experience:
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in both Computer Science and Mathematics subjects, preferably in an educational or training environment.
