Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about the courses and programs offered, including those related to aviation, such as pilot training, aircraft maintenance, or aviation management.
Counsel students and guide them on the right academic path based on their interests, including those pursuing careers in aviation, and their long-term career goals.
Follow up with leads, answer their queries, and schedule consultations with senior counsellors if necessary. Help students understand how their academic journey can align with aviation career opportunities.
Maintain a database of student inquiries and update records on CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of aviation-related inquiries and applications.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions, with a special focus on aviation-related programs.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., admission, marketing) to ensure smooth process flow, particularly for students pursuing aviation careers.
Maintain knowledge of the latest educational programs, aviation training, entrance exams, certifications (like ATPL, PPL, etc.), and industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service, build strong relationships with students and their families, and address specific aviation career questions or concerns.
Qualifications Skills:
Bachelor s degree in any field, preferably in aviation, business, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele calling, academic counselling, or a related field. Experience in counselling students for aviation-related careers is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to effectively counsel and guide students based on their needs, especially those interested in pursuing aviation careers.
Knowledge of the education industry, particularly in the academic counselling space, as well as awareness of aviation training programs and certifications.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
