Job Description
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies using SolidWorks (Must) & AutoCAD.
- Prepare part, manufacturing and assembly drawings compliant with ISO/ANSI and company standards.
- Import/export and validate electromechanical components within system models.
- Develop fabrication-ready drawings adhering to internal design guidelines.
- Generate and manage detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Support concept development with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Apply DFMEA/FMEA practices to enhance design robustness.
- Ensure proper material selection based on IS metal grades and performance needs.
- Design with understanding of sheet metal design, fabrication methods, coating, and surface finish.
- Integrate mechanical systems into standard shipping containers, understanding container structure and constraints.
