Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by acquiring and managing customer relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, and support branch operations in the Theni & Dindigul locations.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in Theni and Dindigul. Serve as the primary point of contact for any client inquiries and support.
  • Sales and Promotion: Identify new business opportunities while promoting and selling [specific products/services] to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Customer Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure their needs are being met, address concerns, and look for opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to offer customized solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives.
