Deputy Manager - Installed Base Service Engineer

Key Deliverables:

1. Promote safety guidelines and achieve Zero Incident & Zero Accident goals.
2. Resolve breakdown calls and service issues per SLA for AMC/Warranty customers.
3. Execute UPS service projects, including site surveys, installations, and lifecycle part replacements.
4. Generate leads during site visits and work with sales teams for successful conversion.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Use BFS tools in Salesforce for time sheet entry, productivity tracking, and KPI adherence.
2. Achieve customer satisfaction and meet NSS targets, promoting Schneider services.
3. Track service business enquiries and support offer submission and conversion.
4. Be a digital ambassador, utilizing BFS platform for digitized tasks and software usage.
