Data Analyst/ MIS - Manager

A candidate with Life Insurance background having strong analytical skills and experience in designing data formats and creating excel based MIS. He/she should be able to understand data and present the data in a clear and easy to understand formats. Should be strong in excel formulas and automation of business dashboards. 

What does the job entail 

• Timely publish daily business dashboards 
• Automation of excel dashboards basis available business data files 
• Daily lead allocation to teams as per set rules 
• Review data preparation as per requirement 
• Preparation of contest achievement, gaps & rewards 
• Ad hoc data preparation as per requirement 
• Analysing data and share insights to identify gaps & improve productivity 
• Design business dashboard & review data formats 
• Co-ordinating with field team for any data related issue/requirement 

Essential conditions: 

• Education: Graduate & Above 
• Relevant Work experience: Min 3+ yrs
• Work related skills: Advanced Excel
