Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers for Google Workspace adoption.
  • Provide expertise and technical support for customer relationships, including product briefings and proof-of-concept work.
  • Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer environments, managing technical aspects of RFPs.
  • Educate and enable partners on Google Workspace to drive technical innovation and develop technology direction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with enterprise productivity solutions like Messaging, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present Google Workspace value to both executive and technical audiences.
